5. High-Altitude Origin Dispatches & Initial Tracking Latency

Because our curated collections are uniquely hand-crafted directly within traditional artisan workshops in Tibet and Nepal, your tracking number is generated locally at the origin point prior to traversing international borders.

It requires an initial 3–5 business days for parcels to safely descend from these high-altitude workshops and arrive at our central international airport hub. During this inland transit window, no tracking movements will update online. The tracking status will remain stationary until the airline cargo center physically scans the package onto the international flight. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking profile to initialize.

6. Non-Delivery Protections & Financial Warranties
