Find Your Fit

The Buddha Stones Size Guide

Whether you're finding your perfect bracelet, ring, bangle, or necklace fit, or surprising someone with a thoughtful gift, our simple size guides ensure you get the absolute perfect fit.

How to Measure Your Wrist

  • 1 Wrap a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper just below your wrist bone where you intend to wear the bracelet.
  • 2 Ensure the tape is snug but comfortable, then mark the exact spot where the tape overlaps.
  • 3 If using paper, lay the strip flat on a desk and measure the marked length with a ruler to find your wrist circumference.

7.5" - 7.9" 19 - 20 cm 8.3" - 8.7" (21 - 22 cm)

Optimal Fit Sizing Advice

For a comfortable fit, we generally recommend choosing a bracelet length that is **0.6" to 0.79" (1.5 to 2.0 cm) longer** than your measured wrist circumference. If your wrist is 16cm, a 17.5cm–18cm bracelet will fit beautifully.

How to Measure for Bangles

  • 1 Bring your fingers close together, touching your thumb and little finger as if sliding a bangle over your hand.
  • 2 Wrap a flexible tape measure or strip of paper around the widest part of your hand (across your knuckles).
  • 3 Mark where it joins and measure the length to find your knuckle circumference. Alternatively, measure the widest part of your flat palm.

Bangle Wearing Tips

Bangles must slide past your knuckles, which is why hand width matters more than wrist size. Applying a little soap or hand moisturizer can help slide snug bangles on more easily.

How to Find Your Ring Size

  • 1 Wrap a piece of string, fabric, or a thin strip of paper snugly (but not overly tight) around the base of the finger you plan to wear the ring on.
  • 2 Mark the exact point where the paper overlaps or forms a complete circle.
  • 3 Lay the string or paper flat on a ruler and measure the length in millimeters (mm). This gives you the inner circumference.

Important Ring Tips

Fingers tend to swell slightly depending on the time of day and temperature. Measure your fingers at the end of the day when they are warm. If you fall between sizes, always select the larger size. Note that many of our rings are **adjustable** for a perfect fit.

Necklace Length Fitting Guide

  • 1 Necklace drape is highly dependent on body stature and neck thickness.
  • 2 To preview a length, wrap a piece of string of that length (e.g. 18" or 20") around your neck to see where it rests on your chest.
  • 3 Consider the pendant size, as heavier pendants will pull the chain slightly lower into a V-shape.

Pendant and Mala Sizing

Many of our Buddhist Malas consist of 108 beads and are meant to be worn long around the neck or wrapped multiple times around the wrist. Make sure to check if the item is a choker style or long mala chain.
